The university is reviewing the proposed Title IX rules announced by the U.S. Department of Education earlier today, along with the recent opinions of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit. MSU is committed to student safety, which includes the prevention of sexual assaults and misconduct as well as how these situations are investigated.
