Chef Adam Roy is a Certified Hospitality Educator and Certified Executive Chef, and holds the Dr. Lewis J. and Mrs. Ruth E. Minor Chef-Professor endowed position in The School of Hospitality Business. He has experience working in, cooking, and managing restaurants all over the world, and is passionate about learning and working side-by-side with his students, while instilling entrepreneurial, managerial, and financial acumen, as well as the problem solving skills and attention to detail that will help future hospitality professionals thrive.
